The Community Education & Resource Affiliation, Inc.

                                                                                       is a group of Health Care Professionals that have

                                                                                       come together with mutual cares and concerns for the

                                                                                       Central Florida community.  Together our network of

                                                                                       professionals formed a mission to provide education

                                                                                       and resources not only to Seniors, but Caregivers and

                                                                                       families with specific needs through our annual health

                                                                                       fairs, educational seminars and our speakers bureau.

                                                                                      After partnering up with other organizations in the

                                                                                      area,  CERA has quickly grown to be the largest group

                                                                                      of health care professionals that meet on a monthly

                                                                                      basis and have obtained our 501c3 through the state

    for the charitable donations given back to the community from our members.  The proceeds for every event

    CERA holds and every membership paid benefits one of our area meals on wheels providers.
